Tushar Mehta – CEO & Founder

Mr. Tushar Mehta, our Founder & CEO graduated from Manipal Institute of Technology with bachelor’s in mechanical engineering. He is a veteran in the Sheet Metal manufacturing industry for the last 35 years, working with big names as Tata Motors, John Deere, Whirlpool, Siemens, etc.
With a strategic focus on manufacturing sheet metal press parts for diverse industries including automobile, agriculture, household equipment, electrical and others, Tushar has successfully positioned Mehta Pressing as a global leader in precision engineering. The company’s growth from a local enterprise to an international player is a testament to Tushar’s visionary leadership and
innovative approach.

Shubham Mehta – Director

Shubham Mehta completed his master’s in business administration & engineering from Germany. He has experience working in Product Management and R&D in Germany. His international exposure instilled in him a
deep appreciation for cutting edge technologies and best practices which he seamlessly integrates into Mehta Pressings operations.
As a forward-thinking leader, Shubham brings a futuristic approach and a strategic vision to his role. His hand-on approach and meticulous attention to detail ensure that every project is executed with precision and efficiency.
Under his leadership Mehta Pressing has witnessed remarkable growth and has been recognized as a reliable partner in the industry.

Sawari Mehta Jain – Director Export Operation

Sawari completed her master’s in information management from Syracuse University, USA. Having spent 6 years in the United States, she honed her skills in the international market and gained valuable insights into global business practices.
As the representative of the company’s exports division, she possesses a deep understanding of the US and German markets. Her skilful management of clients from these regions has resulted in strong relationships and high customer satisfaction levels. Her unwavering dedication to excellence and a commitment to quality make her an inspirational figure within the organization.
